Please watch for rifle range closed signs at the front gate and/or at the range.  If signs are up, do NOT, repeat, do NOT attempt to use the range.  Also if there is a lock and chain on the gate, then construction work is scheduled and only the contractor can get in.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
